Booking Policy
Rescheduling: To request a rescheduling of your appointment, I kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice. Please text (714) 461-9346for your rescheduling requests. Should you need to reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour window, your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary to secure another appointment. Late arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule to accommodate the next client. After 15 minutes, your initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary to secure a new appointment. Results: Healing results are unique to each individual client, and I have no control over the natural healing process. PMU is a two-step process. Initial session followed up with a 4-8 week touch-up. Clients should be fully aware that PMU does NOT replace makeup 100%. Clients should be aware of the inherent risks nd uncertainties associated with permanent makeup before booking an appointment. If at the time of the appointment, it becomes evident that the client may not fully comprehend these aspects or that the decision may be impulsive, I reserve the right to decline service, and the deposit will be forfeited. The 4-8 week touch-up (which is REQUIRED for the best, lasting results) is NOT INCLUDED in the initial permanent makeup procedure fee.
